Steering Wheel Replacement
When you’re customizing a car or looking for better performance, sometimes
the stock factory steering wheel is just not good enough. We carry a huge variety
of aftermarket replacement steering wheels including Momo, Nardi and Grant. These
wheels are available in leather, vinyl, wood, carbon fiber, vintage style, two-tone,
etc.
Matching shift knobs for manual transmissions are also available.
Wild custom steering wheels are available for street rods and other
show cars.
We also carry original style replacement steering wheels for popular
restoration cars like Corvette, Mustang, muscle cars, etc.
For certain later models with air bags, we also offer beautiful wood/leather
upgraded replacements.
Leather Wheelskin Steering Wheel Covers
If your stock leather wheel is worn or the plastic is cracked and you don’t
want the expense of replacing the wheel, a great alternative is to have us
lace on a custom fitted leather steering wheel cover. Unlike a cheap wrap on
cover, these lace on with a baseball like stitch and look almost factory. They
are available in many colors and may be two-toned and/or perforated. If necessary,
we are able to fill in damaged sections of the existing wheel before installing
the Wheelskin cover. Another option is to ask us to increase the grip thickness
of the wheel before lacing on the cover.

Steering Wheel Redye/ Repaint
If your leather is just faded and you want to keep the wheel as factory as possible,
we can simply redye the existing wheel to restore its color. Metal spokes on
classic cars can also be rust treated and repainted. We often dye or paint the
spokes and center of a steering wheel to match the Wheelskin leather rim covers
mentioned above.
Leather Steering Wheel Reupholstery
For models with severely worn leather steering wheels that must be restored
to the OEM factory look, we are able to replace the leather on the entire wheel.
Wood Steering Wheel Restoration
Many antique and classic cars came with wood steering wheels that may fade
or crack and peel over time. We can strip these wheels down to pure wood, stain,
and recoat, to restore their original wood beauty.
Steering Wheel Styling Rings
For certain popular later model cars, contoured-fit, click-on, molded steering
wheel styling rings are available which install right over your existing wheel.
This is a great economical way to upgrade the look of your wheel and even tie
in to the look of an add on wood or carbon fiber dash kit.
